Your membership card will be mailed to you within 5 business days. A payment to www.nmjazz.org will appear on your statement.
To purchase tickets online, please use the promo code JAZZTIX on HoldMyTicket to receive your NMJazz member discount.
Tickets and passes for the summer concert season are mailed out in May. If you purchase a membership between May and July, your tickets/passes will be mailed out, along with your card, within 2 business days.
DURING SUMMER ONLY: If you would instead like to pick your member tickets/pass/card up in person at the office, OR have them held at Will Call so you can get them at the next show you would like to go to, please call or email us within 24 hours so we can have hold it for you. We are a small office with limited daytime hours, so we cannot hold your tickets for you unless you get in touch with us first.
