FAQ
- All shows 7-10 pm, doors open at 6:30. Shows held at Albuquerque Museum Amphitheater (2000 Mountain Rd. NW). Parking is free in the Museum lot, on surface streets, and North of the museum in the open parking lots.
- Tickets may be purchased at the door, in the office, or online
- Online ticket sales on Hold My Ticket end at 2 PM day of the show.
- Ticket guarantees entry, not seating.
- All ages are welcome. Kids under 12 get in free of charge.
- Lawn chairs/blankets for grass seating are welcome and are first come, first served. Space is limited in the grassy areas and are the ONLY areas where chairs brought from outside the amphitheater are allowed. Patrons are NOT allowed to bring their own chairs for the general seating areas.
- ABSOLUTELY NO outside alcoholic beverages or glass, please
- Food and drink available from Slate Street Cafe at Museum Amphitheater
- All shows rain or shine, no refunds due to inclement weather. Shows may be cancelled for safety reasons due to the presence of lightning within 5 miles of the amphitheater. A New Mexico Jazz staff member will inform guests in this instance.
- All sales final, no refunds.

All NMJW events are presented rain or shine and all ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS / NO EXCHANGES. Purchasing a ticket for any NMJW event is for admission only and does not guarantee a specific seat. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs for grass seating as well as a picnic though no alcoholic beverages or glass; food and beverages may be available for purchase. Tables for NMJW events are available for purchase on an individual event or season basis. Season passes (from NMJW or the Outpost) are not valid for the 9/6/24, John Santos Sextet show.
