We always welcome new volunteers at the NMJW!
Ambassadors (our volunteers!) help the New Mexico Jazz Workshop in many ways, including assisting at our concerts, helping us around the office, and supporting all aspects of what we do.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet new people and have fun!
Volunteer opportunities include:
Event Production
- Usher, merchandise sales, ticket sales, parking lot and gate assistants, and stage crew.
Publicity and Advertising
- Flyer and poster distribution, bulk mailing assistance.
Office Administration
- General office help including telephone, filing, and updating databases.
Special Events
- Volunteer coordination, silent auction and party planning committees.

- Phone tree operators, volunteer scheduling and recruiting.
